Sabre Realty is affiliated with the Folsom Companies. We are a full-service commercial real estate and development company. Our History
Folsom Companies has developed apartment homes, condominiums, retail centers, office buildings and master-planned communities. We have developed over 1,500 acres in the Bent Tree area of Dallas, over 2,000 acres in the Hunter’s Glen area of Plano and 1,200 acres in San Antonio. Folsom developed the Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas and more recently nearby Glen Abbey Estates over looking White Rock Creek and the Bent Tree golf course, as well as the Gleneagles Country Club in Plano. In the Dallas/Ft. Worth area the company built and operated over 20,000 apartment homes and over 3,000,000 square feet of retail space and office buildings. In addition to the Dallas area, out of state developments include retail centers in Phoenix, Arizona and a residential development within The Vintage, a gated community in Palm Springs, California. Founded by former Dallas Mayor, Robert S. Folsom, Sabre Realty is comprised of experienced real estate professionals who have intimate knowledge of the markets they cover.
